Ferro Silicon Inoculant Products

Ferro silicon inoculant is added to molten iron to control graphite structure and reduce chill, ensuring consistent mechanical properties in gray and ductile iron castings. Our standard 74% FeSi inoculant is widely used in automotive and heavy machinery foundries.

Common grades include Si 74% and 75%, with controlled calcium and aluminum. Particle sizes range from 0.2–0.8mm, 1–3mm, 3–8mm granules to 0–0.3mm powder. Explore our 75% premium inoculant for critical ductile iron applications.

Gray iron typically uses standard 74% FeSi inoculant for chill reduction, while ductile iron benefits from higher purity 75% grade for better nodularity. Our full product range includes barium-bearing variants for heavy sections.
